Charleston Has The Biggest Water Fountain In The World!

Hi Everybody -

We're in Charleston, South Carolina, which is a very special place to Daddy and Mommy, and we're having a great time.  They took me to this amazing water fountain.  Like 10 or 20 people could drink from it all at the same time.  Kids bigger than me were playing in it, and I was jealous that I couldn't.  Daddy said I couldn't drink from it, cause of some guy named Sal Monilla.  I don't know who Sal is, but I want a drink!
