I Love Prunes!

A brief interruption from the 'beach series' to let you know I finally found a food I like - prunes!!  Daddy is shaking his head, cause he says a) I look like the joker when I eat prunes, and b) he knows what my eating a lot of prunes "means".  He says "bad times for Mommy and Daddy".  So, let me get this straight....you've been trying to get me to eat anything....I finally like something, and it's "bad times".  Will you guys make up your mind???

The Beach Series, Volume 3 - Check out my new hat!!

Hi Everyone,

I have a new hat.  It's reeeealy big, but I know I look cool in, so I love it a lot.  We've been going to the beach a fair bit lately, and my favorite thing to do right now is watch the birdies fly.  I don't get it.  I can't fly, so, why can they???? I was hoping my new hat was some kind of magic hat, or had a propeller on top of it, or whatever.  Turns out it's just a hat but, boy do I love it!

The Beach Series, Volume 2

Continuing with our discussion of our beach habits, here we are on a Saturday morning walk at the beach.  Daddy likes the mornings better, but there's a lot more people usually.  Lots of people come up to me and say hello, and its starting to give me a big head.  Come to think of it, I already have a big head, at least according to my doctor.  Hmmmm.....maybe I should tone down the cute a little.  What do you think?  Feedback, people - I need feedback!

The Beach Series, Volume 1

Dinner at the beach is fun!  Mommy and Daddy and I ankle it down to the beach once or twice a week to have dinner and watch the sunset.  I like watching the kids play in the shore, and can't wait until I can do the same.   I'm still not eating real food, but I had about 7 or 8 spoons of carrots yesterday, which is my personal record in one sitting.  It might take me a while to break that.  Bye.

Why Must You Always Take Pictures of me in This Thing??

Today I went to see my friend Dr Clementino.  She measures my head, and height and weight.  For those of you who care about such things - here are my 'vitals'

7 months old

Length: 28 inches

Weight 17 lbs, 1 oz

So, I've apparently gotten skinny.  I don't feel skinny, but I am 50th percentile in pretty much every category except weight, where I am 25th percentile.  Mommy and Daddy and trying to feed me 'cados, and 'nannas, but I'm not having any of it.  Mommy and Daddy hope I start eating soon, but I can't be bothered.

My Friend Aly

Me and my friend Aly get to play a lot.  My Mommy & Daddy met her Mommy & Daddy at a Mommy & Daddy class, and it turns out she was born about a week after me.  I'm looking forward to hanging out with her as we both are the same age.  Aly's Mommy is from some place called South Africa, and she talks funny just like the people I just met on my recent trip to England.

Aly says babies are supposed to sleep through the night, and she has two whole toothies...I only have one!  I'm going to bed now, and push reeeealy hard so can get at least two toothies...Not that it's a competition, cause its not.  bye.
